Honestly? I love colour! I think that in the right application all colour can be lovely.

FABRIC GOOD
• natural fibers... cotton, raw silk

YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH...
• paper

• chocolate/candy
• books
• cards & notelets
• ATC's and inchies
• Halloween, witchcraft, fortune telling, & Christmas themed items

THE BAD (AKA stuff I'm not 100% keen on)

• sloppy workmanship
• cutesy
• kitty cat posters
• stuffed animals
• clothes (t's for the kiddo are a-ok)
• creepy bloody dead gothic dolls EXAMPLE
• miniature polymer baby dolls
• tacky sci-fi dragon/fairy stuff
• modern, slick, sleek

COLOUR BAD
• Barbie pink
• neon
• neon
• neon
• neon

FABRIC BAD
• gross, stiff manmade stuff & plastic

I'D RATHER NOT
• food
• clothes
• cat posterish stuff
• ball caps
• Disney themed things
• scraps of fabric
• post 1970 photographs
• razor blades
• death threats
• anything with poo on it

There are some things that seem to cross over the good and bad list. Although I'm really not that picky it's sometimes easier to show what I like and what is not my cup-o-tea. Here are some examples...

I'm a big fan of Michael DeMengs beautifully dark assemblege work
... but not so much this type of doll

John Anster Fitzgerald and Richard Dadd created some of the most beautiful fairy images ever
... I'm not as big a fan of Amy Brown's work.
